A Typical Wedding Evening
A day, choreographed.
- 3:00 PMOur team arrives to set up the kitchen, stations, and tablescape.
- 5:30 PMCocktail hour begins. Passed hors d'oeuvres and a stationary display.
- 6:30 PMGuests are seated. Salad course served.
- 7:00 PMEntrées plated and served. Wine pairings coordinated with your bar team.
- 8:00 PMDessert course. Coffee and tea service.
- 9:00 PMLate-night bites (optional add-on).
- 10:00 PMFull breakdown and cleanup. You don't lift a finger.

- How far in advance should we book?
- Prime wedding dates (May–October Saturdays) book 6–12 months ahead. We recommend reaching out as soon as you have your venue confirmed.
- Do you handle dietary restrictions?
- Absolutely. Every menu includes vegetarian and vegan options, and we accommodate gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free, and other allergies with advance notice.
- Can you cater at any venue?
- Yes. We bring a fully self-contained kitchen and can operate indoors, outdoors, at private homes, barns, estates, and any permitted venue within our 100-mile service area.
- What's the minimum guest count?
- Our minimum for plated dinner service is 30 guests. Buffets start at 40 guests. Drop-off has no minimum.
- Do you provide rentals (tables, linens, flatware)?
- We can coordinate full rental packages through our preferred partners, or work with your existing rental company. Your event captain handles all coordination.
