- We typically serve plated experiences for 12 or more guests. For smaller groups, we offer drop-off or chef's-table experiences by arrangement.
- Can you cook in my home?
- Yes — we bring portable equipment and arrive ready to plate. We just need basic counter access and outlet/water access.
- Do you provide rentals and tableware?
- We can coordinate full rental packages or work with what you have. Your event captain handles every detail.
- Can I get a custom menu for my event?
- Absolutely. For private events we'll design a menu around your favorites, dietary needs, and the occasion.
