What is included in a plated dinner experience?
Menu planning, professional kitchen preparation, on-site plating, table service, and coordinated breakdown. Rentals, beverages, staffing, and timelines are planned in advance to ensure a seamless guest experience.
How far in advance should I book?
Most weddings book 6–12 months in advance; peak dates (May–October) book the furthest out. Plated dinners require finalized selections and counts 14–21 days prior to the event.
Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Yes. Our menus include vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and allergy-friendly options. Dietary alternatives are coordinated during menu planning.
What is your service area?
We service all venues and cities within 65 miles of our Longmont, CO kitchen — from Fort Collins to Denver, Estes Park to Greeley.
How are delivery fees calculated?
Delivery fees are a transparent percentage of your food subtotal: 5% flat for venues within 30 miles, then scaling up to roughly 19% at 65 miles. Your quote shows the exact rate based on your venue's distance.
Is an event captain included?
Yes. All plated dinners include an event captain to oversee timing, service flow, and coordination with the venue and other vendors.
What if my venue has limited kitchen access?
Our team plans accordingly. Limited kitchen access may impact staffing, equipment needs, or menu structure, all of which are discussed during planning.
Do you provide rentals?
Yes — dinnerware, flatware, glassware, chargers, tables, and chairs. Most venues provide tables; rentals are added only when needed.
What is required to book a date?
Dates are secured with a signed agreement and a 30% deposit. Dates are not held without both.
Can I taste the food before booking?
Yes. Tastings are scheduled after your consultation, once we've narrowed your menu to a focused selection.
