- What's included in the tasting?
- You'll sample selections from our plated dinner, buffet, and hors d'oeuvres menus. Your event captain will walk you through pairings, service styles, and timing for your specific event.
- How far in advance should I book?
- Most couples and planners book 4–8 months ahead for prime dates. We recommend scheduling your tasting at least 3 months before your event.
- What areas do you serve?
- We service approximately 100 miles from our Longmont kitchen — including Boulder, Denver, Fort Collins, Estes Park, Colorado Springs, and everywhere along the Front Range.
- What does pricing look like?
- Plated dinners start at ~$32/guest, buffets at ~$28/guest, and drop-off at ~$22/guest. Use our booking page to build an itemized estimate with your exact selections.
